Thank you for stopping by! My friends describe me as someone who is warm, loyal, funny, caring, optimistic and loves to laugh. 2006 has been a turning point for me, and I can honestly say that I better understand both what I want out of life and what I have to offer. Life is truly about the joy of the journey and is meant to be shared with the people I love and care about the most.
When you first meet me, you'll think that I'm pretty shy and quiet, but that usually doesn't last long....unless I really like you. :) I'm very friendly, thoughtful, dedicated, affectionate, easy going, and a good listener. What I value most in life is my family and friends, especially my son who is the apple of my eye. Some call me an eternal optimist, others a hopeless romantic. Either way, I believe that there is something good in everyone if you only take the time to look below the surface.
Creating with my hands is one of my greatest passions, especially when it comes to art glass. Just call me a mad scientist because it's a fascinating material to work with. And I LOVE to teach!! Not to mention books! I'm a voracious reader and devour anything I can put my hands on. I'm also quite adventurous and am up to the challenge, especially if you triple-dog dare me...that is anything except for putting my tongue on a ice cold pole. ;)

My Interests

I'll always make time to just jump & play in the leaves, look at the stars, watch a sunset, blow bubbles, dance in the rain, love with abandon, make snow angels, play on the playground, splash in the water puddles, laugh like a child, ride a motorcycle, slide on the slip 'n slide, roast marshmallows in a bonfire, spin until I'm dizzy, snuggle with someone special .... life's about simple pleasures!
