I am married with 2 daughters. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Baking, listening to music, playing games, doing my nails, I am a workout junkie. My new philosophy is a healthy body is a happy body. We have to concern ourselves with what we put in our bodies. It comes out in our hair, nails, and skin. So if we consume dead food we will have a dead body. If we consume living foods we will have living bodies. THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
