About Me

I have learned you can only get out of life what you put in. If you let yourself get walked on, dont complain about the shoe prints, just stand up, dust yourself off and change your life.... this sums me up, if it doesnt make sense to you- you dont get me. Things usually dont work out the way you want, but I guess there is a reason for that- however it takes a while to see that reason. I love my friends, their kids are my world and I would be lost without them. I love to laugh, cry and just be girly. Pedicures are my weakness and my list of fears are endless and very bizarre. I am a strange person and have a huge heart. I am a flirt by nature and an Aquarius by birth. I dont know how I feel about "god" and what is pushed on us to believe. I have loved and lost and it hurts like hell but I also learned that you need to roll with the punches or else you will never get up off the floor. I wanted to be married and have kids- but lately I am just not sure thats where my path will take me anymore. I am always up for meeting my girls for a tower of beer or a game of Keno (or both) but we dont get to do it anywhere near as often as we use too since I now live 850 miles away from them. Give me a hot-tub and a six pack or a bottle of wine and I am a happy girl. I have a great job, which was the whole goal in me moving away from Michigan. I do miss it very much up there (no so much in the winter months) and I try to visit as much as I can... it just never seems enough.ï»¿ datman studios was here wl1

My Interests

Hanging out with my friends and their kids- I hardly get to see them anymore :( Being there for my friends... I would rather be on a beach then indoors. Mountains, Oceans, Sand and Views are what I love.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet anybody and everybody because I have reached a point in my life to where I relized that every person that comes in and out of your life was put there for a reason. Even though you may never know why, for some reason you were meant to meet that person. I like everybody untill they give me a reason not to.. One of the best things in life to meet all the people you can, and try all the things you don't think you can do.

All music...rock to country to rap.

Movies:

chick flicks. I dont watch anything that may give me nightmares.

Television:

Greys, Jon and Kate Plus Eight (I know I am a nerd), Home makeover, How its made, Gilmore Girls, Scrubs, Daily Show with John Stewart, Colbert Report ... anything that can get me to laugh and/or cry is a good show.

Books:

Tales from the Bed, Jennifer Estees- its a great book- about ALS and the love of sisters. I like autobiographies. Nerd Again- I know

Heroes:

My mom for always holding us together growing up and all my friends who have pieced me back together in my time of need.

Florida Bound
