About Me

Sam Reid & the Riot Act delivers their own brand of live acoustic music. Influenced and continually inspired by traditional Irish/Scottish/Appalachian fiddle tunes and the rhythms of the vast Caribbean Sea. Sam grew up flatpicking bluegrass guitar outside of Boston and joined up with Johnny R. while the two were members of country/punk outfit Three Day Threshold.
