BROWN Mr. James Alvin "Trigger" Mr. James Alvin Brown, 73, of Toledo, OH, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2008, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo facility. A native of Peoria, IL, James was an honorable discharged U. S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a letter carrier 32 years for the U. S. Postal Service, retiring in 1989 and after retirement he was employed 16 years for ABC Auto Auction. He was a member of the Hyatt Allen American Legion Post #538 and the Young Seniors Bowling League. He leaves to treasure his memory his wife, Gloria Jean Brown; sons, Jamierson, Dennis, and Robert Brown and Christopher and Philip Darrington; 4 grand-children; brothers, George Jr. (Luzern) and Alberto Brown, both of Frankfort, KY; mother-in-law, Bertha Wilson-Moffet; sisters-in-law, Doris Smith of Kalamazoo, MI, Elaine (Wayne) Pirtle, Marty (James) Wright, and Darlene (James) Jackson; brother-in-law, Limon Wilson; and a host of other loving relatives and kind friends. Special thanks to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, the Cancer Treatment Center at the University of Toledo Medical Center, and Pastor Pat McKinstry and congregation of the Upton United Methodist Church.
