Welcome! I'm a native New Yorker, born and raised in Harlem, currently living in the Bronx. I've had locs for about 9 1/2 years and decided it was time for a change. I cut off about 6 inches while I was in San diego doing Working at The Old Globe. Now, I'm in the process of "taking down" my locs which means combing them out - painstaking work but I'm really excited about making this change to my look. It's time!I’ve been blessed to perform on Broadway, all across the United States, in Canada, Europe and Asia.I am currently in Dayton, OH rehearsing my first one woman show about the life of Ethel Waters called His Eye Is On The Sparrow - The Ethel Waters Story. I am both terrified and very excited about doing this piece. I am also involved with the show/band Chix 6 (formally SUPER CHIX). We have our CD release party on 6/26/09.
