.. My name is Nicole but people call me "Newman". I'm originally from a small town not far from the DC line called Takoma Park, MD. I am a classically trained opera singer making my footprint in the music industry. I have had the opportunity to travel all over the world with the late Dr. Nathan Carter and the Morgan State Singers. Now, I'm a music teacher at the Ottley Music School and the Golden Music School where I teach from infants to adults in Piano and Vocal Training. I also have my own business called, Tree of Lebanon Music from the Heart, where I believe that "Music in a healthy environment can lift, inspire and educate anyone that is willing to learn". My Bishop, the Reverend Dr. Fernette Saint Nichols gave me that name in 1995. The Tree Of Lebanon means "The tree that stands through the storm. It also means Great, Beautiful and Strong." So no matter what I go through, If God be my strength and guide, I will not fall. I may sway back and forth but my roots are rooted and grounded in the word of God that I will not wither away and Die. You will one day see my name in lights, so as you pass through this site, remember that God Loves you and So Do I!!!!
