..I am a cosmetologist in Cornelius, NC for the past 6 years. I grew up in Iowa writing articles for the local dirt tracks and taking pictures for them. I joined the Army when I was 20 yrs old and spent 2 years in Tacoma, WA.On May 23, 2006 I had a shoulder operation to remove a large bone spur and was out of work for approximately 6 weeks.On Jan. 16, 2007 I was involved in a horrible car accident that was the other person's fault and I am now awaiting another shoulder operation to do a decompression(?) and to tighten up everything in my shoulder. I will be out of work around 8 if not longer since. Now, I have to save for my living expenses since they are going to try some procedures before they cut on me and wait approx. 6 more months. I am self employed, so everything will be on me. It just amazes me that the victim could end up losing everything while trying to heal.I really enjoy meeting new and interesting people. I just want to have people in my life that are true to themselves first. Life is way too short to play games with others emotions, so if you want to talk feel free to write.
