I am from Shreveport, LA., born and raised. I spent most of my time serving in the U.S. Navy active duty and as a reservist. I am currently attending college and working. I attend The Art Institute of California San Diego. My major is Culinary Art, Fine Dining and Business Management. I want to own my own business one day soon in the restaurant industry. I am also a professional licensed driver driving tractor-trailers. My Instructor Chef Joshua Korn inspired me to stay in school and to become a Chef. He was voted Top Chef in the year of 1996.
