The Dents are a Boston punk rock band. Their full-length CD, Time for Biting, was produced by Boston legend Sir David Minehan (The Neighborhoods, Paul Westerberg). Upon its release, Time for Biting was nominated for a Boston Music Award for Debut Album of the Year, landed the band on the front page of the Boston Phoenix and made several local critics' Top Ten lists for that year.The Dents bring it on back to where it began; nary a song in their set is minus melody and hook and they're wonderfully relentless in that straight-ahead speed surf rhythm thing.
