I'd like to meet:
It's always a pleasure to get back in touch with old friends and past acquaintances but to meet people with similar interests or different perspectives can also be a fulfilling experience. I say, why limit yourself?
Music:
It really depends on the mood... I'm really diverse in terms of my taste in music. I'll listen to Classical Symphony and switch to Rap. I can appreciate Alternative Rock then go to listening something New Age.

Books:
Instead of actual titles, let's go with authors - Michael Crichton, John Grisham, Stephen King, and Bill Watterson (yes, I consider them books!). I also love to read Chinese novels from Jin Yong, classics such as "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", "Outlaws of the Marsh", "Art of War", "Thirty-Six Stratagems", etc. I've also read translated versions of the Japanese "Book of Five Rings" and "Hagakure".
Heroes:
Bruce Lee, Mushashi Miyamoto, Bill Watterson, Donnie Yen, Cao Cao, and Zhuge Liang.
