About us:We've been married 23 years (this December 14th)! We have 11 great kids and 11 beautiful grandchildren. (and another to be born in just a few months)
Henry: Retired from CYA last year but still works there every now and again. He really enjoys music and being with his family. He was an original member of the soul group "9th Creation". They had hits such as "Bubble Gum", "Reaching for the Top" and "Falling in Love"...many current artists use his music today and because of that he has a GOLD RECORD hanging on his wall!! Henry plays almost any musical instruments you can think of...saxophone, piano and guitar to name just a few. His favorite and most played instrument however is the Soprano Saxophone. (You should here him play Amazing Grace)! He plays every Sunday morning at River Ranch in Modesto and First Assembly of God in Manteca.
Sylvia: Is an avid scrapbooker and photographer. She is happiest when she is with Henry and her 11 kids and grandkids. And for the record...NO, she did not give birth to all 11!! Her favorite is her oldest daughter Tabatha...and if you think any different, you come to the house and create her "my space" page!! :) Actually her favorite "baby" is her pomeranian "Miss Sadie"!! She is sooo spoiled!!
Henry and Sylvia are the best military parents ever. They have seen 2 boys go and come home from Iraq. Their son David, and Zach who just got home from his 2nd deployement in Iraq. (Zach has served his LAST DAY in the United States Army! He's out for good now!) Their daughter Tabatha served in Afghanistan, and their son-in-law, Anthony (Tab's adorable and hot husband!) has just recently come home from serving an 18 month tour in Iraq.
