The BUC (Brixton Urban Collective) work in conjunction with Music & Vision, whom are a not-for-profit Organisation. Together we deal with issues concerning different genres of music, video and the arts, encompassing a diverse community of individuals, which we provide services for our gallery depicts this. The 1st UK Reggae Heritage Awards 2008 event was in honour of cultural UK based artists, ambassadors and sound system owners, that have been representing reggae music for over 25 years but have received very little or no recognition for their works in the main UK music industry.
