Pastor John C. Williams

Pastor John C Williams born the 6th child of seven to Bishop Leon Williams and the late Evangelist Claudine Williams. From the early days of his life the hand of the Lord was upon him and the Lord dealt with him through dreams many of which his mother made him write down. Years later many of these have become reality. With a powerful anointing on his life he received a love for music starting with piano lessons at an early age, which then extended to the guitar, bass and eventually moving back to the piano, organ and keyboard. This led to a love of worship, the Word of God and genuine ministry.Pastor Williams was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost over 30 years ago and with nearly 20 years in ministry he is a licenced and ordained elder of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World and has served in many capacities in his home church and the New York State and Canada council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. He served and still serves as the Minister of Music for the NYSCC he served as the President of the Councils Young People Union for 6 years.After evangelizing for several years and serving as the assistant pastor (still serves in that position as well) of The Greater Upperroom Apostolic Faith Church for a number of years under the leadership of his Father Bishop Leon Williams the Lord sent him to Harlem, New York to assume the pastorate of the Morningstar Pentecostal Church which is one of the oldest Pentecostal Assemblies of the World churches in New York! Morningstar is now an anointed, progressive, growing church that sits in the heart of Harlem, New York, which is the home of African American renaissance. With an emphasis on Word, outreach and Love This church is a light that shines in the middle of a dark world.Pastor Williams as well as being the senior pastor of Morningstar is the founder of Latterrain Ministries and Wayone Productions. A lover of souls and Kingdom building he continues to preach and teach the gospel without compromise. His deep Apostolic roots lead him to stand on a firm foundation with a progressive focus on outreach and community involvement! His ministry has allowed him to travel across the country preaching the gospel.Pastor John C.
