Here's the story of our band, that still is a great piece of our hearts and lives: Version Nemesis was born in the last months of 2003, realizing the long-awaited dream to create music and to play own songs on stage. The name chosen for the project is Version Nemesis, inspired by the roman goddess Nemesis, bringer of justice and revenge. The original line-up was: Mat (guitar, voice and songwriting), Red (bass and voice), Omar (guitar), Juan (drums). From the first day the band started with own songs, creating an unique style, characterized by heavy distortion, emotional lyrics, catchy melodies and rocking soul. After various concerts, in 2006 the first live demo was recorded: "Only cold remains", containing six songs for helping the band to spread its music all around. But in the same year there was a change in the line-up: Omar left the band, but soon afterwards Jeff became the new VN guitarist! After another long serie of concerts, in 2008 Version Nemesis released a whole album, called "Leave your heart". It contains 10 songs, and it perfectly represents the soul of the band. Then in the summer of 2008 VN won a contest for bands, with two great shows, conquering audience and jury! Now: we are spreading our work, hoping to find a record company that believes in us, but in the meanwhile some concerts will be done, so stay tuned for dates and upcoming news!!
