I never know what to write in these dumb things... so here goes. I am an mechanical/thermal engineer that works for a small/medium sized firm in Plano, TX. We are owned by a large international conglomerate (UCA Group out of Chicago). Our division manufactures high speed equipment for large retail and fast food bread bakeries. I specifically design the proofers (the machine where the bread rises prior to baking) and ovens for these lines. It is interesting work and I really enjoy the people. Prior to starting with my current company, Stewart Systems, I worked in the semiconductor and telecom industries. While my current work may not be as "cutting edge" or "high tech." it is just as technically challenging and satisfying... and the industry is more stable.I am married to a wonderful woman named Jong. She is a real-estate transactional attorney in a firm in downtown Dallas. She is an extremley sexy, intelligent, kind, and creative woman... and she obviously has a ton of patience to put up with me. She recently gave birth to our first son, Davis. He is named after my recently deceased mother. He has colic pretty bad so we have many sleepless nights, but as all parents know... it is worth it and I love him with all my heart.
