Farmer's daughter from smalltown, Kansas. Print journalism and mass communications major and English minor from K-State (woo hoo!) in the Little Apple. Drove cross-country to New York state for a summer newspaper job. Flew to Seoul for an amazing 15 months of teaching English to Koreans and meeting heaps of lifelong friends. Moved in with one of my older brothers in Colorado Springs (now have my own place). Substitute teaching, temping at a temp agency and a part-time sports copy-editing job led to a full-time reporting job at The Gazette. Loving life and meeting new people (like some of the interesting people I interview for my job)! Love to travel! Move abroad, so I can visit you!
