This Charming Man

The Charmer tilts his chair back. He ponders what to he could possibly write about himself. There is so much to address, so much to be said, yet so little that can be clever enough for his taste. In the background, music plays as is so often the case. "Kiss me again," cries out the crooner, but the Charmer hardly notices...after all, his thoughts are deeply concentrating on what to reveal to the world. Instantly and without warning, an idea strikes his mind like a bolt of lightning from a clear Los Angeles sky...A romantic, a chivalrous man, a charmer, a philosopher, a ponderer, a musician, a singer, a lyricist, a salsero...A string of adjectives and nouns sprung forth. "But what to do with these," he pondered. At that moment, he tilted his chair forward, knowing that his thoughts carried him far from his original intent: watering his plant. He reached for his cup which he already filled with water and arose from his seat...
