I was conceived and raised in West "By God" Virginia. I moved to a small town in southern Louisiana (Luling) when I was 16. College and medical school both rocked at THE Louisiana State University. Was in NOLA 2000-2006. Because that BITCH Katrina destroyed my hospital (Charity) and my house, I moved to Chicago July '06.
