About Me

Welcome everyone to "aMMA Keyboardist". My name is Nancy Luke, and I'm a keyboardist. I use to play in bands, but not anymore, but I still play the keyboard/piano whenever I got the chance (sadly).
I made this myspace page to dedicate it to all our favorite and great keyboardists alive. I don't know if there are profiles on myspace or any webzine for keyboardists, but I want to make something special. As long as there are attentions for Drums, and guitars, I see there has to be attentions as well as for the keyboards, coz the keyboard (for me) is the best instrument I can ever sense and take as a best friend.

OASYS - Nov 2005

When Korg first announced the OASYS platform, they were keen to point out that it was an open system and would grow over time with new OS and software features. True to their word there's a new Exi (Expansion Instrument), the STR-1 Plucked String. The STR-1 represents an advancement in physical modeling, which allows you to pluck, strike, scrape or otherwise excite the string with 16 different pluck types, noise, or any of the onboard or RAM-based PCM waveforms....

XE Pro-Lite

The XE1 is potentially Hammond's most versatile portable instrument...with one major issue; its weight. At 35 kilos the XE1 is something of a monster! Why so heavy? Traditionally Hammond instruments have always been this way. Simply because they are built to last! However the XE1 includes an advanced speaker system and MDF paneling. Each original side panel weighs around 1.5 kilos...
