About Me

Photorealism naturalist-Expressionism-industrial BIO.....I was raised in a small town called Aubevoye on the banks of the river Seine (Normandy, France) beside an enormous chemical factory. My father has a small artisan painting business, my mother is a housewife. I was always the best student in my elementary school class, but also bored and indiferent to my other classmates. It was when I was 8 years old that I discovered my passion with Napoleon Bonaparte and geography . It was also at that age when I discovered a passion for drawing crustaceans. Sunday evening there were often American movies on TV, such as John Wayne westerns, hilarious Sergio Leone spaghetti western with Clint Eastwood...From a nice litle boy I became a crazy teenager, a drunkard punk rocker in high school (bourbon imported from Uncle Sam's country and Hallucinogenic mushrooms gathered in the surrounding cow fields), a chain smoker in college (2 packs a day, HISTORY AND GEOGRAPHY MAJOR). But I don't need any alcoholic beverages and Marloboro Reds anymore; I just need pencils, paper and inspiration ..... Now I live in the USA( Hartford Connecticut) with my wife Sarah who is American, an opera singer, teacher and smurfette amateur....INTERESTS and influences.....SARAH, Women's faces, strong women, blondes, food, writing, storm, History, Art pompier, Vincent Van Gogh, Georges Seurat, Cows, rainy days, photorealism, south west ( New mexico, Colorado), old industrial sites, poverty, Machiavel, absurdism, nihilism, existentialism, geo politic, Sun light, outdoor Photography, environment, Human duality, Sam Peckinpah Movies, Walton Ford, general Patton, Roman Empire, Ovide, The crusades, goshts, japanese porn, bunkers, machine guns, Flamish school ( Brueguel, Bosch, Vermeer) Islamic civilisation and history, American litterature, war movies, Stanley Kubrick, Woody Allen, Marlon Brando, Medieval castle, caverns, prehistory, Dinosaurs, Rock and Roll, , Scarface, Libertinage, psychatry, surgery, Epic stories, , Baroque, kitsch, Robots, mustard, Barbecue, Wine, Chicago, Great depression, World war I history, world war II history, 80's American Tv series( Love Boat, Dallas), Philadelphia, Playboy magazine, South America, Death metal, Hard-core, Charles Trenet, Scooby Doo, Spagheti westerns, Jean Gabin, Brigitte Bardot, Serge Gainsbourg, Lord of the ring, Victorian period, Joan of arc, Waterloo, Stalingrad, Beer, Bourbon, Tim Burton movies, circus, clowns, dwarf, midget, noodles, Machiavel, Vanity Fair, New Yorker magazine, Kafka, Loud music, Communism, Berurier Noir, Baroque music, Monastery, Mont Saint-Michel, St- Malo, Sea, Old west, Mexican Revolution, friendship, Mariachis, honesty, modesty, wind, genetic, human body, MIami beach, Art deco, conquistador, Andes, Mountain, Alps, skiing, , insult and robust debate, HAwaiian food, Revolution, riot, chaos, Africa, japan, Grec's history, Clown show, Dancer, Haute couture, collecting books, picasso's early period, Auguste Rodin , carnaval, madness, England, journalism, Freud, psychatry, Napoleon Bonaparte, Salma Hayek, spanking, military history, dinosaur, Brasil, gambling, elephant, champagne, john wayne, Impressionism, Complaining, Francis Bacon, Boheme, Karl Marx, Industrial revolution, Viking, boat, Internet, Decadence, punk rock , Spain, Children, samourai, Winter, JB Ingres, Diego Rivera , Inquisition, Totalitarism, midle ages , Kafka, john wayne, naval battles, silence, renaissance , bourbon, foie gras, ancient civilisation, women with long hairs, museums, Anarcho-syndicalism, montmartre, nationalism, Love, night, Emile Zola, Norman Mailer, pirates, zapata, Newspaper, Snow, playing shess with my sweetheart, finishing my first novel, Russia, butter, pork, cimetery, war, far east, Inferno, Lucifer, tact, civility, politness, Nosferatu, Noodles, Cowboys, laziness, piano, hair cut, Self destruction, parfum, Video games, Rome total war, being insane, playing tennis with my sweetheart, Atheism, opera, reading Vanity Fair, strolling along the street, coffee, midle ages, Roman history, gladiator game, Being a roman general, heighteen century, rivers, scandinavia, Mozart, hating people,Hallowen, taking the train, forest, moutain, sea, geography, laughing, sarcastic humor, mean people, soccer, Zizou, Steak, noodles, asian women, pacific islander women, fire, rockabilly, psychobilly, gothic, Jean-paul gaultier, haute couture, African art, clown, jim carrey, archeology, THe sopranos, Bollywood actress, antarctica, monkeys, baguette,Bolchevic revolution, politic, geo politic, Russia, Florida, wine, crusades, being drunk once a year, learning English, anarchism, playing tuba, vampires, going on vacation in the jungle, meeting my clone, making a flying saucer, being a midget, .
