About Me

So my name is Alysia. I'm a senior at California State University Monterey Bay. After starting off as a World Language and Cultures major, emphisizing in Japanese, I quickly found out that my strength lies in the mathematics field; therefore I am now offically a Math Major. My hometwown is Imperial, which is a very small town in the most south eastern parts of California. I consider myself to be a very independent person. I try to look for the good in all things and in all people. Even though most of the time, I am fairly perky and happy I have the ability to be moody, which just proves that I try remain a balanced individual. I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet people who want to make the world a little bit better. People who want to be friends and not enemies. I would like to meet people who like to laugh and have fun. I would like to meet "the man of my dreams" or "my other half" if I haven't met him already.....

Music:

I think that music has the ability to affect people's mood and thinking.... I tend to listen to fairly upbeat and fast paced songs. Currently I'm really enjoying songs that use piano and/or guitar... Usually as long as it's not heavy metal, country, or rap...I can find some song that I'll enjoy listening to.

Movies:

I truly love movies...I enjoy a variety of movies...as long as it has a plot and keeps my attention...it's good.

Television:

I don't watch TV that much, I'm more of a movie person...but I do have a few shows that I enjoy watching. One of my favs at the moment is Full House...and I don't think anyone can say they haven't enjoyed watching that show at some point in their lives. Another one last semester was The Apprentice "you're fired!" and MEGASTRUCTURES!!!!.. width="425" height="350" ..

Books:

Who needs a book when there will eventually be a movie??? i'm kidding i'm sure...no really I actually like to read...my favorite author is John Steinbeck...I guess it's fitting that I go to school in Monterey...
