Okay, okay, okay, like listen you know, okay? Like, okay, just listen. This site is a celebration of many things. First and foremost, my life saved by Jesus. Secondly, and really significantly, "LISTEN". Listen to the artists I love and have listened to. They are here because they all have something really great and unique to offer. They have inspired me, given me hours, years of listening pleasure. I have put them on this site in hopes that you will experience some of the inspiration they have given me. Please check them all out and you will understand.Okay, a word or two about the name, "His Honor Bill Bonner." This dude I didn't know (who later became a good friend)and I were in a Dale Carnegie course and we had to find a way to remember each others' names. He called me His Honor Bill Bonner, because it rhymns. Well, we ended up working together years later and he started calling me that again and it kinda stuck. Now, I don't really feel all that honorable, in fact I've done a lot of things I'm not proud of, things I really regret, but "that's" the point, and people remember, and well, its something of a joke to my closest friends (Thank you, Brad...and the other Brad!!!). Kinda like Daryl and my other brother, Daryl, but they're really Larry and Larry and.....Daryl...they're all in on the joke too!! I love you guys!! By the way, where are you, Corey (The Core), you still with us on this earth??So, any who, Music is my wordly passion. All kinds. My mother once said, we're gonna write on your tombstone, "Do you know who this is?"--because whenever a song came on, I'd say--'Do you know who this is??!!'" I'm a big music trivia guy, I used to read all the liner notes on every album while I listened to the music, some of it over and over again. Some songs I have in my head and can hear them all the way through, verbatim,--guitar solos especially. You could say music was my God. Well, you know how that goes. I wanted to be a great rock guitar player in front of thousands, lighters swinging in the air, ya all that STUFF. And I got to meet quite a few folks in the music business, too, at the Omni Hotel in Norfolk,VA., Veneman Music, VA., on the road with MARS Music all over the US trying to stay away from Bobby's stinking laundry stuffed into a kick drum case!! And then I surrendered "my" will!! Now I'm making a living in music, my dream, mixing live sound at my church (GO CHRIST FELLOWSHIP!!), ministering, learning the video side of things, and giving God all the Glory!!! Life is good, well, GREAT!! Like a friend of mine said, "It's a beautiful day to be alive!" Uh-huh!! Under the sea or under the sun, the light keeps us reaching up for God. Whether we know it or not, it's God's "Sacred Romance" with men and women of the earth. That's what it's all about. Put "THAT" in your pipe and smoke it!!
