About Me

Well, here is my best try at a bio without making a bunch of jokes. I'm here in Florida after growing up in Michigan. Never liked the cold much, even as a child. Mom and Dad still made me go out and play in it, though. Went to college in Michigan(in a town called Kalamazoo) studied music. I had to come to Florida to find work playing it though. Played in rock bands, dance bands, wedding bands, worked playing music on gambling boats. And I'm still doing it. It's not making me rich, but it is a good living considering the amount of work I do. I have been divorced for seven years, but still have tons of hang time with my daugher and son. They keep me feeling like I have a purpose. I don't think a person could love their kids more than I do mine and I'm a very involved father. Something that makes me proud. So, there it is. I live a double life, playing music for people all night long and helping kids with homework, getting to dance class and all other concerns during the day. Sleep? As much as I can get. Exercise? I still like to go running. That's been a part of my life for many years. I'm not as fast as I used to be, but I still try.

My Interests

Running, writing, playing music, watching the Pistons, and many other things.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet people who are happy and laid back. People who put a premium on the important things in life like character and respect. I am a pretty young 42, or so I'm told and I'd like to be able to enjoy that while I still can. Which is probably why I still run. I like good conversation, good coffee, and good humor.(not the ice cream) I have a tendency to be a bit of a goofball(ask my kids), but it is hard to stop doing that considering it's part of my job too.(I work at a dueling piano bar).

Music:

All kinds. I've sang or played about everykind there is at one time or another.

All kinds. Comedy, Drama, Biographical, Documentaries. Not a huge horror fan.
