FALLEN SHALL RISE was formed in July 2006 by Paul Manson (Guitar) and Robbie X Waldman (Drums); both were former members of the band Evil Ends. They have been working together for more then 10 years, writing non-stop and molding their vision of Metal. Heavy, Melodic, Brutal, and Intense. Break-Neck time changes, driving rhythms, and structured aggression are their back bone. Manson and Waldman not only share visions but great musical chemistry; it’s what every successful band needs and wants. In 2003 Jim Vandenburg, formally of Varikos, joined FALLEN SHALL RISE. Vandenburg brings very HARD EDGE and diverse Vocals to the mix, along with his own vision that has profoundly shaped FSR’s sound. In May of 2005, Jim Hilditch of SOC joined FALLEN SHALL RISE. Hilditch brings a very complimentary Rhythm/Lead Guitar that not only just fills out the bands overall sound, it adds new dimension and character. Hilditch also adds very strong vocals to the mix, to back-up Vandenburg. In July of 2006, Dan Hopewell of SOC joined FSR, bringing his own unique vision and talent. And locked down the Bass player’s position. And at long last FALLEN SHALL RISE is born! Since then, FALLEN SHALL RISE has been working non-stop to finish off their debut album. To date, they have recorded and released that debut album. They have 10 new songs ready to be recorded for their sophomore album which will be released late 2007. As a band and as musicians their motto is simple, “Aspire to More then those around you! Never settle for second best, for you reap what you sew!” FALLEN SHALL RISE will hit you between the eyes, between the ears, and between the legs and leave you wanting more. FSR is METAL, Call it what you will but it’s just honest in your face METAL!!
