the Todd Lykins band

The Todd Lykins band is a newly formed band of long time players. They consist of: Todd Lykins- lead vocals, lead and rhythm guitar; Scott Gross-drums; Jeff Goins-lead and rhythm guitar; Mark Ward-bass guitar; and John Cormack-keyboards, saxophone, and harmonica. The band is enjoying local notoriety with air play on their local Christian radio station WYLV (Love 89.1 FM ). Theyve enjoyed playing area churches, private parties, outdoor events in the city, and opening for bands such as Overflow, Inhabited, and Joel Ingle. Todd has opened solo for Sarah Kelly as well. A long list of musical influences have played an important role in each band members life. Growing up they listened to bands like Led Zepplin, U2, Foreigner, Pink Floyd, Toto, Journey, Boston and Stevie Ray Vaughan. You can hear these influences in the music that they play. The band enjoys ministering to their local community but desires to expand to other areas. The Todd Lykins band has only one goal, to bring honor and glory to their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by encouraging people in their Christian walk, and reconciling people who have been separate from a God who truly loves them.
