About Me

As a side project for Stanley Paulzen (Tlot Tlot, Ruck Rover) Fred Astereo was born in 1995. Sadly it took another 10 years for him to be bothered to do anything about it and so in 2005 he completed the debut album, " I Love You ". Sitting comfortably in the nostalgia section of your favourite record shop, "I Love You" harkens back to a time when songs were somehow more innocent and simpler and dealt with the bittersweet issue of falling in love, falling out of love and having your heart trampled..I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4 sleepytown

Sounds Like: If Frank Ifield, Perry Como, The Magnetic Fields, Morrissey, Marc Almond and the Ladybug Transistor had a baby then adopted out the baby to Roger Miller and My Dad it would sound like whatever that would sound like. Bearing in mind that Gene Pitney( R.I.P ) and Buddy Holly live just up the road.
