First of all I would like to thank all those who came out to the 2009 Show. without you guys and gals it would not be the great show that it has become.

Well its official, Negative Camber has come on board to host the 7th Annual GatorDrag. I would like to take this time to thank Courtney Halowell, as well as Radar for helping make this event one that will be a must attend. Like we said in the previous posts, we will be announcing major changes to the show throughout the year and this is only one of many. So thanks Again Camber Guys for Stepping up to Help me out.
MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE GATORDRAG STAFF!!
This year we are doing things different to make Gatordrag 1.0 your new and improved version.
First I would like to start off with announcing Gator Drag Club Corral: What this is you may ask?
We are asking you, Pebble Pushers, Damage Inc, Negative Camber, Severed Ties, Relaxed Atmosphere, Acrophobia. Etc......to participate. Club Corral: Is for you, your club to park together and have a roped off section that is yours, by doing this it builds club moral and helps support your scene. With this there will be awards handed out. You have one year as a club to come up with the best display entrance to your corral,( swinging doors, a bar, hay bails, whatever you can think of to make your display the coolest club display ever.) The best Corral display award will be done by Chaotic Rods and Customs, and if you have seen our best of show's then you know this is something worth striving for!
How this works: What we will be doing is giving club discounts to all clubs who participate, Bring 12 or more vehicles to the show and recieve $5 off, Bring 20 or more and recieve $10 off. For each club that signs up, Gatorskinz is sponsoring a Club banner, for your corral. Rules and Regulations: Sign up by March 1st, 2010, We will need a list or a number of participants from each Club, so this is what we ask of you. Designated one member of the club to send a list into [email protected] and to be responsible for your Corral. Each member that participates must Register AS A CLUB at the same time. So Show up together, Roll In together, Show club Pride, and Park together in your Corral.
OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS: This year we will be bringing back the Burnout Competition, , And LEGAL DRAGGING on the Show Grounds, as well as our $1000 Cash in prizes Bikini Contest.

Ok guys here comes the SECOND major annoucment!!!! We are adding this year a MECHANICAL BULL RIDING CONTEST!!!! The Bull will be running throughout the day so you guys and Gals can practice on it. Saturday at 6pm at the grounds the rodeo will start, you can sign up during the day at the gator drag booth, or right before it begins. How this works we will go in rounds, you will be judge on style, and if you can hold on for 8 SECONDS. There will be awards given out with this 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. We will have judges scoring you while you ride. So grab your chaps and you spurs and lets see if some of you out there are REAL COWBOYS!!!! TRAE no CHEATING.....We can have a Bud and Sissy look alike contest if you and Kris would prefer..... I guess we can call this a MINI TRUCKER RODEO, we will be adding events to participate in as the year moves on....
