About Me

When someone asks me where I am from, I have become one of those people that says, "all over". A Jersey girl at heart, but I did my time in NYC like the rest of the world. After a few short-lived months in Miami, I back to living in Hawaii, which has been my home for 4 years now. Funniest part of it all, this island really feels like home now. I have a DREAM JOB -- I get paid to travel to all the Hawaiian islands and throw big corporate parties. Not fair, right?! I love the sun, chocolate, and cheesy music. Obsessed with orange soda, but hate oranges. I can't cook and I don't want to learn how, but I can eat more food in one sitting than most men. I'm a bitch, I'm outgoing, I'm impatient and always in a rush. I'm brutally honest (don't ask me unless you want to know the truth). I'm a damn good friend and will do anything for my friends and family, but if you piss me off, stay away. I can't stand people who say "ain't" -- I was an English major and speaking proper English is a pre-req in my book. I appreciate people who say 'thank you' and 'bless you'. I smile at strangers just because I think it is a nice gesture and it makes people feel warm on the inside. I love to make a good plan. I openly admit that I am materialistic and I don't see the problem with having too many bags and shoes. I get bored very easily -- I actually think I have a slight case of ADD. Love curling up with a good book, love to write about anything and everything. And as I get a little older, I am really starting to look forward to the many more adventures ahead of me in life....

My Interests

besides food? reading, playing pool, a good hug, a real smile, laughing so hard that it hurts with a friend, people watching, cuddling with my hunny, hanging with my friends, SHOES!!, a good cocktail, getting a massage or facial (being pampered in any which way), catching a great song on the radio that I haven't heard in a really long time and still being able to sing every single word, shopping, watching children play and be silly, everything by L'Occitane, eating out at a new restaurant, traveling, 80s movies, buying presents for people that I know they will love, playing Photo Hunt at a bar, trying new things, talking to my sister on the phone multiple times a day, long weekend trips, brunch in NYC in the springtime at an outside table. Does a list like this ever really end?
