The SpookHunters are a paranormal investigation group that travels all around the United States looking for spooks and putting legends to the test. Unlike other paranormal investigation groups, the SpookHunters are a mix of extreme believers and non-believers with skeptics sprinkled throughout. This helps keep everything balance and down to Earth. Basically, we ain't gonna take a picture of a camera strap and call it a vortex!
SpookHunters.com was established in 2003 and have traveled to 9 different states & have hunted more than 20 major spooks! This includes a Hunt at Waverly Hills Sanitorium in Kentucky, NASA in Florida, and most recently Bally's Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Question: "Are you for Real?"
Answer: Yes, I think so.
Q: "How do I become a member?"
A: Just click on the 'Become a Member' tab to the right. you will be added to the list of MySpace friends. To become an actual SpookHunter, you will need to get involved first by attending our Events and participating. No crazy people allowed. Freaks are OK.
Q: "When is the next Event?"
A: Join our group and you'll be informed when the next event is planned. We will try to meet at least once a month, even if it's just for dinner and a few drinks, however sometimes the SpookHunters are invited on special ghost tours jut for us and there will be spots open for MySpace & mailing list members.
Q: "Have you ever seen a ghost?"
A. The group is large and as already stated there are believers, skeptics and non-believers in this group. So some Hunters have seen ghost and had experiences with the Supernatural, others haven't.
Q: "How often do you guys investigate a haunting?"
A: We go on Spook Hunts when ever one presents itself. It has to be interesting and / or have some shred of possibility of truth to it. The more likely we are to see a spook, the more likely we are to hunt it.
Q: "How do you get around to so many far off places?"
A: We fly...sometimes drive. And people seem more receptive to us, because we are somewhat normal and not like some of these yahoos that dress all in black and pretend to talk to things that are not there.
Q: "I want to see a Ghost, got any pictures?"
A: Maybe. Click on the tab to the right that says 'Evidence' and you will be taken to a section on the main website that list all forms of unexplainable data collected by the SpookHunters. This 'Evidence' includes EVPs, pictures, and video.
Q: "Why are you so goofy? Aren't you worried that people won't take you seriously?"
A: No, not at all. As SpookHunters we are not trying to change the world or anything. We all have personal reasons why we do this and want to have a little fun with it too.
Q: "But aren't you afraid other groups will look down on you?"
A: No. We could care less.
