Forsaken by destiny, forsaken by my own mind, I must remove my skin to see relief in your eyes.

About Me

Well this is interesting, how does one do this without sounding full of themselves? I am 30, and I am still searching for that something that says "Yes, this is What I would like to do or be." However, everyone has that problem to a certain degree. I am a very open person that has no problem telling people what i think, but when it comes to myself I am very guarded. I am very loyal to friends, if you have earned my trust, you are stuck with me to the very bitter end. I currently work at a Wal-Mart store, now before everyone goes away out of sheer boredom or whatever, it is not a horrible job, I do have some influence over a few budgets and the community. I am the Community Involvement Coordinator after all, golly gee!! Whatever, it is a job. I am also involved with an agency for people with disabilities as a member of a few committees and an advocate. This makes sense because i am disabled, purely physical mind you. In terms of interests, I am into computers, gaming, music, (mostly metal but depending on how I feel at that particular moment it could be from almost any genre, except hardcore Rap and really old country) I am a big supporter of local music, all big bands were local at one time, it is important to remember that. I am a big horror and science fiction fan, I do not see any romantic love stories in my future, I know, it is quite a shame. Let me sum myself up in a few final words: humor through sarcasm.Layout made by Poetic_Girl2010

My Interests

I kind of covered this in the "about me" section but ok. Big music fan, metal lives forever. Computers, gaming, Horror, Science Fiction etc.

I'd like to meet:

People who really dig music, especially Metal, I like talking to people, so if you want to drop me a line feel free.

Music:

Everything Fear Factory(and for those who are not into Metal, it is NOT the freaking TV show)Old Metallica, basically up until the "Black" album. I did buy up until "Reload" but I knew that they had lost it.Megadeth--The latest record "United Abominations" is an impressive record considering that the guitarist/vocalist is the only original member. The album "So far, so good so what!!" holds a special place in my heart since I was just a wee lad when I first heard it.Testament--Few other bands can rip you face off with tracks like "electric crown" and "DNR" and try to soothe you while you are spitting blood with the mainstream hit "the ballad"Nothingface--No album punched me in the gut with more malicious intent than "Violence" It was voted the best metal album of 2000 by Decibel Magazine. Nothingface broke after the 2003 album "Skeletons."Other stuff: Trivium, Ill Nino, Demon Hunter, Hatebreed, Slipknot, G/Z/R, Queensryche, Sepultura, Corrosion of Conformity, Pantera, Kiss, Bad Religion, Therapy?, Obituary, Mermen, Grip Inc, The first Life of Agony record "River Runs Red" is awesome, although the subject matter is rather dark. From Autumn to Ashes- The Fiction We Live, Faith No More-the real thing, Exodus, Machine Head's "The Blackening" is one of the best albums of 2007.

Movies:

Evil Dead Series, Night, Dawn, and Day of the Dead, the originals are cool, and I must say the remakes aren't half bad. 28 Days Later, 28 weeks later, The Bourne Trilogy, Last Boy Scout, Star Wars,(Original Trilogy) 300, Sin City, Unleashed, Resident Evil, Transformers, Heavy Metal (1981), High Tension, Hills Have Eyes, First three "Hellraiser" Films, Equlibrium, Goodfellas, Terminator Films, V for Vendetta, Saw, Kill Bill, Undead, Dead Alive, Reanimator series, I am sure there are lots more.

Television:

Family Guy, Stargate series, Jericho, Lost, CSI, 4400, Bones, Smallville, Supernatural, Dogfights (aerial combat, not animal fighting) Futureweapons, Discovery or History Channel, Headbangers Ball, Nascar

Books:

Stephen King's Dark Tower Series,

Heroes:

My Friend Shawn
