"Consumed went through a ridiculous amount of effort to become what it was. Never once seeing the doors to a studio, we were cut down in our prime due to nothing more than laziness. Having been with it from the beginning, seeing the sad days of Soundless Surrender to the more accomplished stages of Psyencia then finally to the revamped death metal act Consumed, I can say that there has been an extreme amount of growth, learning, and maturing during my work with these great musicians I've been lucky enough to call my friends. We grew out our hair for Consumed and perhaps the very essence of our band was simply clinging to life by the very hairs we shaved from our heads.. We'll never know."
