About Me

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. Get your own free cool template at spacepimp.net/layouts

My Interests

I still enjoy being with friends and family, going to the park, concerts in the park are great! I love game night (with a few beverages :)), Braves games...I just love to have fun.. Oh yeah I love to travel and I love the beach!

I'd like to meet:

I love meeting new people. It is very interesting to attempt to understand another person's subjective world.

Music:

Well I'm from the "A" so I love our music..Outkast will always be my favorite, but I also have a laid back side, Jill Scott, India Arie, Beyonce, Musiq, John Legend, Amiel Lareux, and Nora Jones..those are the ones I always listen to...Oh yeah and I love old school music, from the 70's mostly.

Movies:

Ok, anything with Denzel Washington will be seen by ME! I love comedies, love stories, mysteries, and mafia movies. I am a fan of Brad Pitt, Matthew McConaughey, Al Pacino, Sean Connery, Sanaa Lathan, Nia Long... I know I am a fan of many more but those are the actors I always support.

Television:

Desperate Housewives!!! ER (long time fan), The Sopranos, I have to mention Sex in the City (I'm still hurt over that)...Lifetime (I love it on the weekends), I guess that's basically it.

Books:

You would think I like to read with all the reading I have to do with school but I don't read that much for pleasure. I tend to read books to keep up with what's going on in the field of psychology (such a nerd)..However, I did recently read The Purpose Driven Life (highly recommend). Before grad school I used to read books by John Grisham and Sister Souljah...maybe I'll start reading a little more for pleasure...

Heroes:

Resilient people.
