About Me

The Original African Indianz have been blazing bareback throughout Europe, the United Kingdom,West Africa, and The U.S.A. With an amazing amalgamation of Europes finest musicians.
With front man Anthony Hatcher Johnson (Black-Cherokee Ant Hatch for short) this unique band have laid waste to all venues, leaving their fans gasping for air, but screaming for more.
"The Original African Indianz" have played such gigs as "The Queen Elizabeth hall with "The Crass Collective & The English Philharmonic Orchestra (Now on DVD), "The Festival Of Flight" in aid of Anti-Slavery International alongside "Nitin Sawney, Faithless & The Asian Dub Foundation (Also on The Festival of Flight 3 cd collection), as well as 56 Walker Place in New York Citys village with Spazecraft & Graham Haynes Trumpeter, son of Roy Haynes (showing in the new video from the Indianz 'Down Sout').
This is a large venue/Festival band mixing endless styles from hip-hop, jazz influenced material & deep roots to Heavy Rock, West African Percussion and classical music to name a few, all done with a passio unequaleds in this era...
Last but not least, The Indianz are on the side of Native indigenous peoples world-wide, and sing this truth through music and live it in their colorful varied lifestyle and performance. in other words "We getz Down"!!!!
