A native of Connecticut, Jon-Paul Ruggieri has been involved with music for most of his life. Starting at the age of 10 when he began playing guitar, his musical journey has led to playing drums, harmonica and piano, singing and composing. His passion for music led him to Berkee College of Music in Boston Massachusetts where he is currently completing his degree. At Berkee Jon-Paul has sharpened his talents as both a musician and songwriter. He has studied abroad in Greece and has interned in London.
Taking inspiration from many different musicians such as Ray Charles, David Bromberg, John Mayer, B.B. King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, Paul Simon and others, Jon-Paul continues to create music that is all his own. He has been evolving as a guitarist and a songwriter for the past seven years and loves any chance to share his music with others. Audiences enjoy both his unique ability to capture emotions and moments that everyone can relate to as well as his versatile style. With melodies and lyrics that one gets lost in, Jon-Paul Ruggieri's music compliments the moments in life that you can't let go of.
