What's phAz 3?
phAz 3 (pronounced phase)is the young adult ministry of St. Stephen Baptist Church. We also host events that are a spot for young adults seeking a place to meet others, mingle, have fun, listen to music as well as participate in live music and poetry during Live Performance sessions.

Open-Mic Night in September and October was wonderful. One of our featured artist wasStephanie Sanders who warmed up the crowd, and it didn't cool off until the show was over.

On August 24, once again, Open-Mic Night was a huge success! We had a great turn out and we welcome our new attendees and regulars. This was the last show hosted by our own Professor Teasedale but his jokes had us rolling.
Carmen dropped some spoken word on us...

The July 28 Open-Mic Night was awesome. Lots of new and familiar faces turned out. Mad love to all our performers that came out. Thanks to 'Poetry by Faith' for blessing us with your spoken word.
Our featured artist was Jesica Vasquez and she blew everone away with her performance which included percussion and violin!
The June 30 kick-off was a great success and we had a nice turnout. Commedian Professor Tessdale (the Improv, Laugh Factory, etc.) was an awesome host and had us rolling.
Mad talent turned out tonight: Christian rocked the guitar and jaws dropped when he played 'pon the pan.
Least and Erica spit some serious poetry, Akia sings like no other.
Props to all the other talented performers as well. Mad Love to DJ Serch who kept everybody's head nodding as he rocked the wheels.
