which is Salsa brava (old school Salsa) and hip-hop!
Setting the scene at London venues he started out with MC Indio
Lyrico and DJ Loco in a project called Sonido Callejero (The sound of the ghetto)
around 7 years ago. This soon became La Raza,
the first Reggaeton crew to really capture the hearts and
minds of London’s young Latinos. With DJ Loco on the beats
and Magico on the mic, they soon had a couple of club hits with
their songs "Vibration" and "Tracionera". These two tracks were
licensed to "Reggaeton Sessions" (Union Square), Colombian
top record label “Discos Fuentesâ€.As Reggaeton peaked in the UK in summer 2005, with Daddy
Yankee’s number 1 worldwide hit "Gasolina", La Raza were soon
everywhere - club sessions, magazines, radio sessions, festivals!
including MTV show "BARRIO 19". Moving on one year
later to pursue his own solo material and to collaborate with
other musicians His talent was in demand.
Nick named as “El Maestro†on the latin Hip-Hop scene, MC Magico
had arrived on the Circuit. Recording two singles with
BASEMENT JAXX, one of then called " Shake up " and the other
"Wheel and stop", the project is already out in vinyl for

their hands, the collaboration was on going, in 2007, Magico
produced a whole library album called 'Latin urban' with Alex
Wilson for the Library music publishers company West One Music,
some of the songs from the (Latin urban) album have been
featured on Uk TV programs like: "How to look good naked" and
"Sweet Sixteen".Still causing a storm on the UK Latin music scene, MC Magico
represents the multicultural diversity of the UK and the new
sound of Latin music fusing the sounds of his homeland with
the influences of the UK urban music scene as well as other
musical styles, including Latin Jazz, Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton,
Bashment, Hip-Hop and Ballads which quickly became club favorites
amongst the London Latin Community, that earned him
his nick name. With a firm following and pioneering style that is
quickly taking over the commercial market, Magico is now finishing
his Debut solo album....On the first hearing of six tracks from his album, Mc Magico is
more than a Gold Rush. The hotly anticipated album will definitely
deliver a thunder bolt to all generations. Whether you are
on the Hip-Hop scene or not It is certainly an album worth the
wait. Not only for its production but also for brilliant fusion and pure genius...
