GRETA

Greta project was born in the winter of 2005, but in many senses finds its roots in the 80's when G.Sindona was taking his first steps into the synthetic sounds of New Wave. Sindona has worked a lot, over the years, in particular with Cesare Basile, Mario Venuti and Matildamay; growing and learning a great deal, he never lost sight of his true musical intentions, and hence decided to strengthen his ideas and materialize the project of complement 80's sounds with guitars insets typical of indie pop. Two worlds connected in his plan when his path crossed that of L.Urciullo, guitar of the indie-rockers Iuca Buona, member of Il Circo d'Ombre and recently collaborator of Roy Paci. Everything started to sail smoothly, but still a voice was missing. The search concludes in august 2005 when C.Barbagallo, voice and guitar of Suzanne'Silver, join the project. His intention was to find a different way of singing pop songs, experiencing with the melodies and the interlace of more voices. What has been created is a fusion of three worlds, three different kinds of music approach, which blend in harmony and reflected in each song Greta produce.I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
