I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I recently joined the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team in Training, which is a group of people who train together for an endurance event (in my case, a marathon) and raise money for the LLS cause. The funds raised go toward funding important cancer research as well as toward providing care to patients of this relentless disease. Please check out my blogs (above), as I will be journaling my progress throughout the summer. Each blog entry also has a link to my personal fundraising page. I appreciate your support, both financial and moral!I have a lot of work to do, so I welcome any words of encouragement!!! :-)

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People with positive energy and an optimistic outlook on life. I'm all about efficieny of energy. It takes a lot less out of you to be happy than to be sad, angry or worried all the time. Don't sweat the small stuff! Focus on the big picture!! :-)
