Hey, my name's Nanci and I own Factory Stock #37 that runs out of Barona Speedway. My husband Roger drives the car and with the help of Lyle,his brother...we couldn't do this without you dude,and my checkbook we keep my car running hard and looking good every race. We live in and love Lakeside, have 2 great kids that totally support our "racing addiction", 3 beautiful Rottweilers...Gunnar,Bodacious,Roxie and a Burmese Python named Angus who needs "anger management classes". I'd like to thank all the drivers who race us clean every week and a BIG thanks to all our family and friends that come to EVERY race no matter what the weather is like!!!! RACE 1....UGH! Cut a tire in the heat race so started in the back for the main, worked his way up to 4 or 5th and then with prolly 2 laps to go got hit from the rear and ended up in the infield. Go freakin figure, the car was working GREAT. It was good to be back out there and see everyone again! RACE 2...we got 2nd, some good racing on a very dry, slick track. RACE 3...leading the heat race but on white flag lap broke the right lower ball joint and went into the wall. Tore the car down, ran down the hill for parts and made it back out in the main to finish 4th. What a nite! RACE 4....huh dont even get me started,we put out heart,souls and BIG $$$$$ into our car to piss it away every week!! OK its Tuesday and I just went to the garage for the first time since the race(sigh)My car looks like a can opener got ahold of it.Thursday nite 2 days till racing and my car looks GOOD AS NEW!!!!! Thank god for sheet metal and rivets lol. Hope the weather holds.RACE 5 WE WON!!! WE FREAKIN WON!!! Im so proud of Roger,its been such along time coming! Started on the pole and checked out! RACE 6....won the heat race, started outside pole, car stumbled on a restart and then a couple laps later got stuffed into the wall,thanx 95(eyeroll). So went from 1st to 14th and ended up 7th for the nite. Roger always says if you can't win at least look good trying! It was a good nite all in all and I think we are 2nd in points now! RACE 7...took home a second in the heat and a second in the main and now we are sitting FIRST IN POINTS!!!!!! LETS GO RACING!!!
