I'm a social worker, meaning that I socialize at work. I say, "HI! How are you doing!" and "another day, another doller!", and "have you applied for benefits through DSHS? The Belltown office is in the free ride zone, so no, you don't need a bus ticket..." I love my block in Georgetown..we watch out for each other, say hi, etc...One time, the punk rock dad down the street chased a couple pimps off the block with guns...I'm afraid Georgetown is getting gentrified faster than I had thought or hoped... A developement corporation just bought the Raineer Cold Storage building...and now, I hear, they're tearing it down....
