Hailing from the rough streets of Cleveland, BLOB Greedy is no stranger to expression through the Hip-Hop Stage. BLOB Greedy was 16 when he first took his lyrics to the mic performing mostly at local festivals and talent shows. Moving up in the world of hip hop, he began opening for artists like Ice Cube, Tupac, Notorious B.I.G., Bone Thugs & Harmony, Ghetto Boys, Snoop Dogg and ..others.With lots of experience and first prize trophies under his belt, it wasnt long before Greedy was recording in the studio. After the release of a few innovative albums, BLOB Greedy maintained local notoriety in Cleveland. In late 2001, with the single So Flossy, he gained national success peaking at ..7 on the Billboard R&B and Rap charts.His sound is clean. Flossy even. Each word comes in clear as he speaks of life growing up on 93rd & St. Clair and the struggles that ensue. But have no doubt, BLOB Greedy always leaves room for one or two of those club hits.Currently working on his new album, "The Autopsy" Greedy hopes to show the world what Cleveland is capable of. Collaborating with up-and-coming producers (Tune Heads, Fresh Boy Joe, Yung Yanni and Remedy, just to name a few), BLOB Greedy intends to change the game one track at a time.
