I am going to school at Brigham Young University- Idaho. I am majoring in Psychology with a minor in Child Studies. I only have two more semesters left. I am excited about that. I really don't know what I want to do after I get my bachelors...I might go to grad school and get a degree in elementary school counseling. i am getting married december 8th in the denver colorado temple. So here is the story how i met my dear fiance. I saw him in church one sunday and i thought that he was the cutest boy in all the land. i really wanted him to talk to me but he did not stay for all of church and i thought that i lost my chance. The next day during Family Home Evening with the singles branch i saw him as i walked into the relief society room and was so happy that he was there. as i stared at him across the room the entire night we finally moved onto the game for the night. we played "i've never" we were randomly moving around and then it happened. It just so happened that he ended up sitting next to me and it was right after the "i've never liked chick flicks". as he sat down he said..."don't tell anybody" i laughed and knew that i was madly in love. We talked a little bit more after this and then the game was over. We talked a little afterwards and i really wanted him to ask me out...but he didn't. I didn't want to leave, so i purposfully went over there near darr so that he could have another chance to ask me out...DENIED! i was so bummed out. i knew that he was supposed to be my future husband but it was just looking so bleak. So as i went throughout my week just thinking about darr, and then as i checked my messages on August the 17th i saw that a random number had called and left a message. I listened to it and who else was it but darr himself. He asked me to go to a Chukars baseball game. so i called him back and i agreed to go with him. i tried to sound calm, but my excitment was just so great. He picked me up later that night, and of course, before he picked me up i spilt nail polish all over my pants...so he picked me up and we drove to the game. it was so nice just to be in the same car as darr, to hear his voice, to smell his...smell. We went to the game, and it was no Coors stadium, but it did just fine. It rained on us a little, but i was just happy to be with the man of my dreams. After the game was over we went to dairy queen and had some icecream. Then we went to my house to get my chess set. i didn't know what we were going to do, but i love chess and i really wanted to beat darr in it. He took us down to Taylors Crossing, a round about in idaho falls with a water fountain in the middle of it. we sat on the edge and played chess...it was so cute. i knew then that i really loved this man. I lost all 3 times but that was ok. Then we went on a numerous amount of dates and 1 week later we were official...1 week after that we were engaged. This has been the best experience of my life and i love darr sooooooo much. he is everything that i ever hoped for in a man. he is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me in my life. we got engaged where we had our first date at the round about.
