I have a new diet as I am a cage fighter in training:
Start the day off with a can of corned beef hash and 3 egg whites, followed by a mid morning snack of yogurt and pea soup, for lunch a peanut butter/cheese curd and sea-weed smoothie, mid afternoon snack of dry oats and cabbage, a light meal to finish the day off with a fried bologna salad. If needed, a late night snack of tots to get you through the night
