Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age and fitness level. Each class starts with a gentle warm-up, at least 30 min. of cardio-exercise dance routines set to all kinds of popular music, followed by strength and stretch training for the entire body. Classes are on-going and registration is done at the door. Bring a mat, water bottle & be prepared to have fun. Monthly EFT ticket $42. Sign-up for 3 months and get one month free. Fully accredited and trained instructors.
