Well what do you want to know? I was born and raised in Salida. How wierd is that? Lots of people seem to think so. It is a small town with a small town mentality. But I can't complain because I have a tight knit relationship with a majority of the people there. Everyone who is anyone make that small town what it is. I claim I can cook :)I did actually go to Culinary school. I stuck with the Pastry aspect of it all. It seemed to be what I was best at. I have a niece who is 1 and a half and is the smartest little tyke I know. She is so vibrant and so funny. I moved to Vegas on a whim to see what I could accomplish, and got a job with Wolfgang Puck at Postrio in the Venetian. I survived Las Vegas for about a year and am now back in Colorado still working for the infamous Wolfgang Puck. I just recently moved out to Avon to work for the infamous Spago.(made available through a transfer from Wolfgang Vegas to Wolfgang Colorado). I've got big things poppin', and lil' things stoppin', HA! The people in my life made my stay in Vegas well worth it. We all had some good times out there. (Big thanks to y'all you know who you are). I am a little bit quirky sometimes a little bit sassy but overall pretty funny. I make myself laugh anyways. I am pretty dedicated to my career. I wanna see how far I can ride this whole pastry chef thing out. ;) I am in a pretty good place right now in my life, I couldnt really ask for much more, but everyday is different, so who knows what tomorrow will bring. I will leave you with this one last thought, to know me is to love me so if you do then congratulations you are one of the coolest people on earth. If you don't well then it sucks to be you.
