Interesting people...Playing with my daughter, cooking, writing, reading, working out (ok I don't love that one, but it's a necessity - especially after a baby!) And I obsessively research on the internet! I'm a complete information junkie. Bookmark is a girl's best friend - next to Google - oh and MySpace, of course...
Eddie Izzard! That guy is genius! Dressed to Kill is classic.
Who else? Ricky Gervais, Steve Carrell, Steve Buscemi, Brett Easton Ellis, Audrey Hepburn, Chris O'Donnell (to honor a college crush), Marilyn Monroe, Andy Warhol
Hmmmm...thinking...sometimes people are not the way you think they'd be. If they're not nice, I'd rather not know them.
A wide variety from the White Stripes to Bobby Darin - David Gray, Modest Mouse, Lily Allen, Amy Winehouse, Plain White Ts... Frank Sinatra and Neil Diamond remind me of my Dad.
Love Princess Bride, Garden State, Fargo and Pulp Fiction and the American trio - American Beauty, American History X and American Psycho - as well as some classics like Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Godfather, Gone With the Wind, and some indie greats like Sideways, Little Miss Sunshine and Party Girl.
We probably can't be friends if you've never seen The Wizard of Oz or Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the original).
I've been a reality TV junkie, but truly love The Office & Extras. I can have HGTV or the Food Network on all afternoon. I'd do the Amazing Race, Big Brother, Survivor or The Apprentice in a heartbeat. I'm more likely to be watching Sesame Street for the millionth time with Emma. When you start laughing at Elmo, well, you know your taste in TV has changed...
Haven't read anything lately, but tend toward biographies or non-fiction. My philosophy is - if you're going to take the time to read, why not read something that really happened? This, of course, does not apply to tabloids, which are questionably true, but nonetheless entertaining.
My mom and dad. As silly as it sounds, being a parent now - I realize the sacrifices, the burden and the crazy exhilaration of raising a child - to be able to give up the independence you once had to introduce a baby to the world - all for a love like you've never known.
