My husband Jeran and I welcomed our first child, Owen Kenneth, into this world on May 15th! He was 9lb 4 oz and 22 in long. He is perfect! He is making being a mom so easy...right now, anyways! Jeran and I have lived in St. Louis and at the Lake of the Ozarks but we have found our way back to good ole Wash MO. These days I am a nutritional strategist, educating others about the importance of good nutrition in the prevention of disease and how to get it in capsule form.
