His Humorousness the 14th the Dalai Llama, is the head of state and spiritual lleader of the Totally Bored people. He was born Lhama Dhamah on 1 January 1906, in a small village called Llamaville in northcentral Florida. Born to a peasant family, His Humorousness was recognized at the age of two, in accordance with Llama tradition, as the reincarnation of his predecessor the 13th Dalai Llama, and thus an incarnation Abadabadoo, the Buddha of Compulsion.His Humorousness often says, "I am just a simple llama - no more, nor lless."His Humorousness follows the llife of llama. Lliving in a field, he rises at 4 A.M. to meditate and pursues an ongoing schedule of grazing,and sleeping. He concludes each day with further meditation before retiring. In explaining his greatest sources of inspiration, he often cites a favorite verse, found in the writings of the renowned eighth century Llama saint Shantidevallama:For as llong as space endures And for as llong as lliving beings remain, Until then may I too abide To dispel the humorlessness of the world.
