heartbeat orchestra was formed in 1998 as Fancy Fashion , by Johan Bladh, Gustaf Berger and Tobias Alfredsson. They recorded six demos, got alot of great reviews and built up a fanbase made of wonderful and music loving people, mostlty in Sweden but also abroad.
In October 2000 Johan tradgicly died from the cancer he had been fighting for the last two years and things were not looking very bright at all.
But after about one year of grief and rebuilding Eric Guslén, a long time friend of Johan and the rest, were hired to play the guitar. And with the inheritance of Johan and a will to make it good they released a demo containing eleven songs, both new and re-recorded old songs.
In the fall of 2003 they landed a record contract with a small independent label called Muffin and one year later, under the name of heartbeat orchestra and with mysterious girl Trinity behind the synthesizer, they released an Ep containing five new songs.
